Body Alignment refers to the ideal anatomical alignment of the skeletal system – it puts your bones in the best position possible. When we optimize Body Alignment, the muscles surrounding the bones do their best work, resulting in less stress to the muscles, ligaments, cartilage and joints. An improved Body Alignment can reduce the risk of disease such as osteoarthritis, improve one’s energy levels, enhance performance, and reduce the risk of injury.

Body Alignment starts at the feet, the foundation of your skeletal system. If the foundation of the skeletal system is not adequately aligned, the entire skeletal structure above is subject to premature damage. While foot posture can be improved through manual manipulations, stretching and strengthening; optimal foot posture is effectively achieved with an Align OrthoticTM. Our proprietary design does not ‘brace’ and hold your foot in a corrected position, rather they guide your foot into the ideal alignment for your unique body, therefore allowing your bones, ligaments, and muscles to function optimally.
