Officially Patented. Built for Real Life in Heels.
Some days you need height. Other days, you need mercy. Pitch Perfects are custom Align Orthotics™, crafted specifically for high heels made from your 3D foot scan and a 3D scan of your actual heels (including pitch and slope). The result: discreet support that helps redistribute load, calm hot spots, and keep your stride efficient without changing how your shoes look or feel.
Start here: Every pair begins with a Body Align Assessment (45–55 minutes). It’s an immersive, full-body biomechanics session—not just a foot scan—so your prescription matches how you actually move.
Height Without Collateral Damage
Pitch Perfects are custom orthotic devices made for high-heeled footwear, engineered from two data sets: your movement patterns and foot shape, and your high heel shoe, including its pitch and slope line. Each device is digitally custom designed, fabricated in our lab, and fine-tuned in the clinic to your gait, shoe fit, and daily routine.
Inside each pair are targeted geometry and materials that work quietly while you walk: subtle posting to guide motion, support where the foot needs it most, and carefully placed relief so the forefoot isn’t doing overtime.
The Work Happening Inside
Your Pitch Perfects may include some or all of these elements, depending on your assessment:
The top cover uses our EucyProtec blend (with silver ions + the subtle, fresh scent of eucalyptus oil) for an antimicrobial, moisture-managing soft-grip surface that holds up on long days and late nights.
Movement Tells The Truth
This is where precision starts. Your Align clinician observes posture and movement from head to toe, then zooms in on gait nuances—hip hike, rearfoot drift, delayed or excessive pronation, or an early toe-off that shows up when you’re fatigued. We review your footwear rotation, talk through your schedule (commute, office, events), and 3D-scan both your feet and the heels you want supported. The output isn’t a generic “insole”; it’s a prescription for how your high heels can work with your mechanics, not against them.
Built To Your Pitch
Your scans are translated into a digital model, then fabricated in our lab to sub-millimetre specifications. Back in clinic, we refine: seat the device, check transitions through stance and toe-off, and confirm you’re stable in the shoe without visible bulk. You’ll walk the floor, try a few step-ups, and we’ll make micro-adjustments on the spot. If you wear multiple heel silhouettes, we’ll talk through what carries over and where a second pair makes sense.
Dress Code Meets Comfort
Pitch Perfects are ideal for clients who wear heels by choice or by dress code and want a smarter way to do it—executives, event regulars, anyone who alternates between boardroom and dinner reservation. They’re especially helpful if you’ve felt forefoot burn, toe crowding, slipping, or fatigue that hits mid-afternoon. We’ll also talk about prevention when bunions, metatarsalgia, or hallux rigidus are in the story.
Height Minus The Hurt
Care That Keeps Pace
We’re realistic about heels. Most clients do best wearing them two to four hours a day, standing breaks included. Pitch Perfects generally last longer than everyday orthotics because heels are worn more selectively, but your schedule matters. We recommend quick seasonal check-ins to confirm the fit still matches your gait and your current shoe rotation.
Care is simple: wipe the top cover, let it fully dry overnight, and avoid heat sources. If a new pair of heels is shaped differently, bring them in—we’ll test compatibility or advise on a second set.
Silhouettes That Say Yes
Pitch Perfects are custom-fit to the specific heel you bring to your assessment and can often be used in similar shapes and pitches. Classic pumps, slingbacks, certain platforms, and some block-heel styles tend to play well; extremely minimal uppers or severe toe shapes may have limits. We’ll teach you what features to look for so your next pair is both wearable and worth it. (You can browse highlights in our Shop—seasonal selections that meet our alignment criteria.)
Next Steps
Book your Body Align Assessment to start your Pitch Perfects. Bring the heels you wear most (and any new contenders). We’ll scan, plan, and map out the smartest path to comfortable, confident height.
Locations:
By shifting the load back into a supported heel cup, stabilizing the arch, supporting the met heads, and improving toe spacing and control. The effect is less forefoot burn and better balance, especially from your pelvic alignment—so your effort goes into your day, not your feet.
Context matters. Many clients choose heels for presence, proportion, or dress codes. Our role is to make that choice smarter—with better alignment, calmer pressure points, and realistic wear guidance.
They’re custom-made to the pair we scan and often work in similarly shaped, similarly pitched heels. Bring options to your fitting; we’ll confirm compatibility and advise if a second set is worth it.
We’ll evaluate the shoe first. You’ll learn what makes a heel “healthier” for your alignment—secure uppers, a toe box that allows spacing, a stable base, and a pitch that suits your mechanics. If a model fails those basics, we’ll steer you toward something that won’t fight you.
Typically longer than daily orthotics since most clients rotate heels for shorter windows. Plan on periodic check-ins; life changes (new role, new commute, new shoes) can warrant a quick tune-up.
Yes. Every pair starts with a Body Align Assessment (25–55 minutes). It’s full-body biomechanics plus 3D scans of your feet and your heels. That’s how we get the prescription right.
