Client Experience Team

Her primary objective is securing high-value opportunities, such as Lunch and Learns and Corporate Wellness Events, to drive new patient bookings. The role is focused on building long-term, non-transactional trust by maintaining regular touchpoints with a target group of 50+ physicians and Allied Healthcare Practitioners (AHCPs). Frances utilizes her skills as an Expert Communicator to articulate complex biomechanical concepts and applies an Analytical Mindset for performance tracking and optimizing outreach strategies.

Her passion is helping people who need it most. She’s undertaken specialized training in caring for autism, dementia, personal care, standard first aid and CPR, as well as in medication awareness. She developed these skills providing counselling, emotional support and therapeutic techniques while working with adults with intellectual disabilities for a government supported agency in Nova Scotia. As a Respite Care Worker, she utilized ABA teaching strategies and found immense satisfaction providing emotional and motivational support for those she cared for.

She finds that in healthcare, true relationships form out of empathy. Positive and family focused, the Align core values she connects with most are integrity, wellness and pleasurable experiences. She has certainly added immense value to the Align family here and with our wonderful clients. She truly appreciates keeping operations well-orchestrated, so that the team can effectively provide quality healthcare, wellness and life enjoyment.

After relocating to Canada, Vanessa pursued further education in Business Management at Humber College North. Her adaptability, dedication and approachable nature make her a valued member of the Align team, where she plays a key role in ensuring smooth client experiences from start to finish. Vanessa thrives on connection, bringing warmth, efficiency, and a globally informed perspective to every client interaction.

With a diverse range of experience in client-facing clinical environments, he brings empathy, professionalism, and strong organizational skills to Align’s Client Experience team. Passionate about providing exceptional care and supporting others on their wellness journeys, Jaysen is dedicated to helping every client feel comfortable, understood, and confident in understanding their foot health.

Kevin brings a wealth of diverse healthcare experience to the team, developed through the University of Waterloo’s renowned Co-op program with placements spanning hospital, clinic, and long-term care settings. Kevin is currently enrolled in the Chiropody program at The Michener Institute where he enjoys applying his academic knowledge to hands-on patient care.

Outside of the clinic, Kevin is a culinary enthusiast who loves exploring new cuisines and refining his own cooking techniques. To stay active, he enjoys weightlifting, basketball, volleyball, and snowboarding.

Her background spans fashion, event management, marketing, and e-commerce, giving her a well-rounded perspective on creating thoughtful and engaging brand experiences.

She holds a B.A. (Hons.) in Business and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Global Business Management. From developing creative campaigns to supporting the day-to-day client experience, Zajeeba enjoys bringing ideas to life and ensuring the details come together seamlessly.

Outside of work, Zajeeba loves travelling, volunteering, and all things animals. She is also the proud caretaker of nine cats, which may explain where her patience, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple personalities at once comes from.

Her work bridges wellness, beauty, and movement, drawing on her unique understanding of both luxury design and the human experience.

Julia helps elevate high-end brands and spaces through thoughtful design, storytelling and digital marketing. Julia leads the brand’s creative direction — translating our mission and core values into everything from digital campaigns to in-store visual experiences. As a mother and creative professional, she’s deeply motivated by the opportunity to create a meaningful impact for clients through the Align brand.

Before finding her way to chiropody, Suki explored a little bit of everything from styling to various positions in medical and healthcare settings. Each experience gave her a new way to connect with people, understand their needs, and help them feel their best.

Now in her final year of chiropody school, Suki brings that mix of experience to Align as a Client Experience Coordinator. Whether she’s helping someone find the right pair of shoes, answering questions, or simply making their visit feel a little easier, she loves being part of the journey toward better mobility, comfort, and overall wellness.
